Personal Review: Little Palm Island Resort & Spa, Florida
I was allured by the concept of the Little Palm Island Resort & Spa because it promised to be an overall spa experience in a tropical environment without having to leave the United States. Located in the beautiful Florida Keys, the Little Palm Island Resort & Spa was rated one of the tops resorts in the world by both Conde Nast Traveler and Travel & Leisure Magazine.
When I arrived, I was not disappointed by this ultimate spa oasis in paradise which can only be reached by boat or seaplane. I opted for the boat ride, which was relaxing and enjoyable. Because Little Palm is located on a remote island with exotic flowers and Jamaican palms, you really feel like you have gotten away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The pampering spa offerings at SpaTerre at Little Palm are absolutely incredible. I had a Caribbean Seaweed Body Mask that rejuvenated my skin and my spirits completely. I highly recommend the Margarita Key Lime Pedicure because it smells delicious and your feet are absolutely soft and beautiful after the treatment. There are also many massage options and I really enjoyed the healing Thai massage and tropical aromatherapy treatment I received.
Best of all, there are unlimited opportunities for entertainment at the Little Palm Island Resort. Swim in their freshwater lagoon style pool, play a life sized game of chess or go snorkeling or deep sea fishing in the sparkling surrounding waters. An exotic excursion to Little Palm Island Resort & Spa is a wonderful way to heal your body, mind and spirit in a natural, relaxing environment.
