SPA REVIEW: Hockley Valley Resort European Spa
I truly enjoyed every luxurious moment at the Hockley Valley Resort European Spa. The environment and staff are top-notch. I was exquisitely pampered for the day! It seemed as though the staff was there to pay attention to every detail of the services I was receiving and tend to every personal need I had, and they did it exceptionally. When I arrived for my much anticipated day, I was warmly greeted and escorted into the women’s area where I was assigned a locker and given a plush robe, slippers and towel.
My day was planned down to every detail. My first indulgence was the spa’s caviar facial. It was luxurious! My skin was treated with rose water and caviar along with a European facial plus Chinese acupressure on my face and scalp. My skin looks amazingly younger and healthier. Immediately following I enjoyed one of the spa’s signature services, the Sea Flower Kur.
I highly recommend this to everyone! The salt scrub, spirulina body wrap and the foot soak in water containing eucalyptus…all while I was sipping delicious herbal tea, was the ultimate in spa experiences for me. After, I went to the café for a spa lunch, clad in my robe and slippers. My “to die for” day ended with a spa manicure that definitely gave me the ultimate finishing touch.

I have stayed at Hockley Valley and it was amazing! The European style spa was really decadent and luxurious!! We also golfed a few times while we were there and the golf course is really challenging - definitely not for the beginner. Try their Champagne Facial - it is absolutely to die for!
