Spa Lockers Are Secure But Not Meant for Valuable Jewelry - Leave them at Home
While most spas go to reasonable lengths to assure that clients’ possessions will not be disturbed or stolen while they are using spa services, it is not their province to provide clients with safes designed to protect money and valuables.
Spa lockers are just that—lockers. They’re like the ones you used to keep your coat in when you were at school. They are intended to provide a place for the clothing you wore to the spa, including our shoes, as well as perhaps your water bottle, snack of book.
They are not, however, intended to provide the level of security needed to protect valuables such as expensive jewelry or cash, which are better off left at home. Even if you have an engagement following your spa appointment to which you want to wear your best jewelry, it’s better to go home in between your spa appointment and your meeting and put it on then.
